The main section on the left is a new timber frame. The right hand section is essentially a new timber frame integrating many of the components of the original cabin built by the owner in the 70’s.
The Rimrock Retreat is a unique off-grid home. The main floor is 22′ x 54′ and each of the main sections has a partial loft -one loft for grandkids on one end of the building and another for a quiet writing studio at the other end above the master bedroom. All 54′ has a view to the lake.
